These capsule campaigns were built to support speed-to-market initiatives, reactive merchandising, and emerging micro-trends. Rather than treating each release as a standalone campaign, I developed a repeatable creative model that allowed teams to rapidly concept, produce, and launch distinct campaign identities across web, social, email, and editorial channels.
Approach
I established a streamlined creative process that balanced speed with consistency. Each capsule began with concept development and creative briefing, followed by alignment across design, copywriting, merchandising, and photography teams so every capsule launched with a clear point of view.



System
As Art Director, I developed scalable design frameworks that connected photography, typography, graphic treatments, and content strategy across channels. The system created efficiency for design teams while giving each campaign enough flexibility to establish its own visual identity.
